Sensor applications
Sensors communicate current status to detect changes in our environment or product status at an early stage. They enable predictive maintenance and help prevent problems such as leaks, machine anomalies or incorrect movements in autonomous systems.
Sensors for detecting the current status of the surrounding environment and products.
Sensors communicate current status to detect changes in our environment or product status at an early stage. They enable predictive maintenance and help prevent problems such as leaks, machine anomalies or misalignment in motion and navigation systems.
Sensors are used to detect changes in our immediate environment and early detection of leaks from products in our surroundings. They can also ensure accurate positioning and stability in applications such as robotics, vehicles and industrial systems. The task of the sensor is to communicate events to quickly convey information and enable decisions for action.
In today's intelligent systems, there are sensor nodes for all kinds of data information that is transmitted to the main system or the cloud for analysis and decision-making. A sensor can save time, money and increase safety by providing real-time data for monitoring and control.

Wide range of sensors for different applications
Our sensor range includes sensors for the detection of multiple gases, air pressure differences and movements, as well as advanced position sensors for navigation and tracking.
We offer sensors for:
- Position sensors - For precise position and motion tracking in autonomous systems, robotics and industrial applications.
- Gas sensors - Detection of CO (Carbon monoxide), CO₂ (Carbon dioxide), VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds), moisture, formaldehyde and up to 18 different gases.
- Pressure sensors - Measurement of pressure, differential pressure and flow.
- Sensor modules - Integrated solutions for measurement and communication.
- Development module - For testing and development of customised sensor applications.
Position sensors - Precision and reliability for advanced applications
Position sensors are used to accurately determine the position, motion and orientation of a device in different environments. These sensors are crucial in applications where high accuracy is required, such as robotics, autonomous systems, automotive and industrial automation.
By combining magnetic sensors, accelerometers and advanced algorithms, position sensors can deliver reliable data even in challenging environments where traditional GPS solutions do not perform optimally. They are used to improve navigation, stabilisation and motion tracking in systems where precision and responsiveness are critical factors.
Position sensors are available in different variants depending on the application, for example
- Geomagnetic sensors - Used to measure the Earth's magnetic field and calculate orientation in real time.
- IMU (Inertial Measurement Units) sensors - Combines accelerometers and gyroscopes to track motion and angular velocity.
- Digital compasses - For navigation and direction finding in both vehicles and portable devices.
These sensors enable accurate and stable measurements, making them ideal for both stationary and mobile applications. Whether for automated transport systems, drones or industrial tracking, a well-adapted position sensor can contribute to increased efficiency and safety.

What is your battery charging safety policy?
Battery charging with the MPS™ sensor
The MPS™ sensor is optimal for monitoring battery charging. The sensor detects gas leakage from the battery during charging, so-called off gassing at a very early stage.
Sensor modules
Our manufacturers offer a wide range of sensor modules where the sensor element is part of a complete solution that is calibrated and fulfils certifications within the IEC standard. The modules are developed with long experience of various applications where suitable sensors have been selected. They are easy to apply in the equipment with protective filters. Available with different outputs, analogue or digital output. Connection via connector, hose, depending on the application. The sensors are calibrated and temperature compensated at the factory.
A customised range of medical grade sensors for healthcare equipment with associated certification providing accurate and reliable information. The sensor modules are available in standard configuration with single, double, triple or quadruple sensor slots. These come calibrated and stabilised.

Development modules
In order to easily evaluate and test our sensor range, there are ready-made development modules from our manufacturers. These can be integrated into the intended application and test the sensor's functions and measuring range. In many cases, different sensors with different measuring ranges can be tested to find the right sensor element for your particular application. To then be able to be drawn in for the best permanent design and placement of the sensor element.
