Sensor applications

Sensors communicate current status to detect changes in our environment or product status at an early stage. They enable predictive maintenance and help prevent problems such as leaks or machine anomalies.

Sensors for detecting the current status of the surrounding environment and products.

Sensors communicate current status to detect changes in our environment or product status at an early stage. They enable predictive maintenance and help prevent problems such as leaks or machine anomalies. Detect changes in our immediate environment for early detection of leaks from products in our neighbourhood. The sensor's task is to communicate events in order to quickly communicate and make decisions for action. In today's intelligent systems, there are sensor nodes for all kinds of data information that is communicated to the main system or the cloud for decisions. A sensor can save both time and money and increase safety.

Our sensor range includes sensors for the detection of multiple gases and air pressure differences.

We can measure CO (Carbon monoxide), CO2 (Carbon dioxide), VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds), (Volatile Organic Compounds), humidity, temperature, pressure, pressure difference (different pressure), flow, gas sensors, flame sensors (Flammable) with detection of up to 18 different gases, formaldehyde sensors.

Gas sensors

Our gas sensors can detect anything from one gas up to 18 different gas compounds in the same sensor, depending on the make. Available in a number of designs.

  • Very long lifetime
  • Automatic gas recognition
  • No calibration needed
  • Low current
  • Self-healing (No contamination or poisoning)
  • TrueLEL accuracy (± 10% for 14)
  • Ready for Hydrogen

Pressure sensors

Our pressure sensors are capable of detecting different pressures, pressure differences and flow.We have a number of different designs and mounting options, where we can adapt the sensor to the application and function.

These sensors are based on different sensor technologies:

  • Silicon sensors (MEMS)
  • Piezo-resistive
  • Capacitive
  • Ceramic
  • LTCC sensor element

The sensors are available with both analogue and digital outputs.

They are adapted for harsh conditions with different measuring ranges and accuracy.

What is your battery charging safety policy?

Battery charging with the MPS™ sensor

The MPS™ sensor is optimal for monitoring battery charging. The sensor detects gas leakage from the battery during charging, so-called off gassing at a very early stage.

Sensor modules

Our manufacturers offer a wide range of sensor modules where the sensor element is part of a complete solution that is calibrated and fulfils certifications within the IEC standard. The modules are developed with long experience of various applications where suitable sensors have been selected. They are easy to apply in the equipment with protective filters. Available with different outputs, analogue or digital output. Connection via connector, hose, depending on the application. The sensors are calibrated and temperature compensated at the factory.

A customised range of medical grade sensors for healthcare equipment with associated certification providing accurate and reliable information. The sensor modules are available in standard configuration with single, double, triple or quadruple sensor slots. These come calibrated and stabilised.

Development modules

In order to easily evaluate and test our sensor range, there are ready-made development modules from our manufacturers. These can be integrated into the intended application and test the sensor's functions and measuring range. In many cases, different sensors with different measuring ranges can be tested to find the right sensor element for your particular application. To then be able to be drawn in for the best permanent design and placement of the sensor element.
