Returns

In the event of product defects, goods must be returned against an RMA number issued by us

Contact customer service for RMA form:

Then send the completed form to support@acte.se or your contact person; name.surname @ acte.se.

After receiving the RMA number, the goods are then sent to the agreed warehouse:

Goods and returns are sent to Kungsbacka, unless otherwise specifically agreed.
In the event of transport damage, the claim must be reported to the freight forwarder.
