How do we handle your personal data?
We only use your personal data to deliver our products and to provide the best possible service and offer. It is important to us that the personal data you as a customer and contact person at a company entrust to us is handled carefully and responsibly, with the greatest possible consideration for your privacy and that you have control over it. In this text, we provide an overview of what we do with your personal data in accordance with Swedish and European data protection legislation.
Our guiding principles for our work on data protection are simple: we are transparent about what data we collect and why, and we process your personal data in line with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Purpose
We need to process personal data to be able to take the necessary steps to fulfil our contracts with you. Personal data is also used to keep statistics and conduct surveys. This is to improve our products and services and to market them. We collect financial information about the company and this data is only processed when it is needed for specific purposes (for example, to provide you with credit). We are careful not to let anyone else handle our processing of personal data. We also do not process your personal data for longer than is necessary for us to fulfil the purposes described above.
What information do we collect about you?
Information you provide to us. You may directly or indirectly provide us with information about yourself in a number of different ways. - Payment information: Invoice information and bank account number. This information is collected to administer and fulfil the customer relationship to fulfil the company's orders for goods and services.
- Information on goods/services: Details of the company's contract and the goods/services you have purchased.
- Analysis and customer surveys: We conduct analyses and customer surveys to improve our services and your customer experience. For example, we collect information such as what you, as a representative of the company, have purchased in order to provide you with relevant information and offers.
What do we do with your information?
We deliver, perform and improve our services. All data is used to deliver our services and offers. Data is also used to improve our products, offers and to provide you, the customer, with good and accurate service.
Who handles your information?
Our staff at ACTE Solutions and our subcontractors have the same requirements for how your personal data is handled. Only those who handle specific personal data to perform an agreed service are authorised to access that data.
How long do we keep your personal data?
As a customer of ACTE Solutions, we will retain your data as long as you are a customer with us. After that, they will be saved in accordance with the time required for us to be able to provide you as a customer with the greatest possible benefit, as well as in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Once that time has passed, your personal data will be deleted.

What are your rights?
Get access to your own data (register extracts). We are always open and transparent about how we process your personal data and if you want to get a deeper insight into what personal data we process about you, you can request access to the data.
Correction of data
You can request that your personal data be rectified if it is incorrect. You also have the right to complete any incomplete data.
Deletion of data
You can request the erasure of personal data if it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or if it has been processed unlawfully. We may refuse your request if there is a legal reason or legal obligation that prevents us from deleting the data immediately.
Right to restriction
You have the right to request that our processing of your personal data be restricted or not deleted by us. If you contest the accuracy of your personal data, you can request a restriction of processing for the time we need to verify your personal data. If we no longer need the personal data, but you need it for legal claims, you can request restricted processing of the data by us.
Right to object to certain types of processing

Social media
Our social media presence consists of accounts representing ACTE Solutions AB. These accounts are managed during business hours. Please keep the following in mind when interacting with our social media channels:
- If you provide personal information about yourself or someone else via direct message on our social channels, this data is handled in the same way as if the matter had come to our customer service via email.
- Public comments, on our posts or public posts, made on our pages by private users or other official pages may be removed without prior notice of the comment or post:
a) violates the privacy of individuals and/or is subject to confidentiality
(b) involves the disclosure of personal information about third persons
c) Public posts on our pages or comments on our posts may be used by third parties. We have no influence or control over this.
