Quality and sustainability
At ACTE, we actively work with quality and environment as an integral part of our business. We strive to deliver high quality products and services while minimising our environmental impact. Our work is based on a clear quality assurance strategy and responsible environmental management, ensuring that we fulfil both customer and regulatory requirements.
Quality assurance and certifications
We have a strong quality culture that permeates our entire organisation. By working systematically and improving our processes, we ensure that our products and services are of a high standard. Our quality management is based on ISO 9001:2015, an internationally recognised standard for quality management, and we are continuously developing our processes to deliver safe, reliable and high-performance products to our customers.
We also set high standards for our suppliers and partners to ensure that our entire supply chain fulfils the requirements for quality and responsible production. Our quality control includes:
- Regular assessments and audits of our suppliers
- Risk assessments to identify and minimise quality problems
- Continuous improvement actions and follow-ups to ensure that we always live up to our high standards

Environmental work and responsible production
ACTE is actively working to reduce our environmental impact and contribute to a more sustainable future. Our environmental strategy includes energy efficiency, responsible resource management and continuous improvement to reduce our ecological footprint. We see environmental improvements as an important part of our business model and work to integrate environmental considerations throughout our operations.
We have started the process to become ISO 14001 certified, an environmental management standard, and actively work to fulfil the requirements of environmental management. This means implementing systems and procedures to systematically reduce our environmental impact and improve our resource efficiency. Read more about ISO 14001 certification at Environmental Protection Agency.
We choose to work with suppliers who actively work to reduce the use of harmful materials and ensure compliance with applicable environmental legislation and directives, such as RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) is followed.
We aim to work with suppliers who ensure that our products are as environmentally friendly as possible throughout their life cycle, from production to recycling. Read more about RoHS and REACH at European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
Our responsibilities and future goals
For us, quality and the environment are not just part of our business - they are part of our responsibility. We actively work to develop and implement innovative solutions that benefit both our customers and the planet. Through continuous development and a strong focus on improvement, we ensure that we are at the forefront of both quality and environmental work.
