Our Edge AI RNX-iMX95 SMARC SoM is a high-performance System-on-Module (SoM) based on the NXP i.MX 95 from Ronetix, designed to deliver advanced computing power, energy efficiency and flexible integration into demanding applications. With its powerful hexa-core ARM Cortex-A55 processor of up to 2.0 GHz, a high-performance Neutron Neural Processing Unit (NPU) delivering 2.0 TOP/s, and a dedicated Cortex-M33 for real-time processing, this module is ideal for Edge AI, industrial automation, smart vision systems, robotics and automotive technologies.

It supports up to 16 GiB of LPDDR5 RAM, offers multiple display and camera interfaces, and has extensive connectivity options, including Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi 6, and PCIe Gen 3. The module is built to the SMARC 2.1.1 specification, making it easy to integrate into various systems and applications.
