TQMa93xxLA from TQ is based on i.MX 93xx supports with many features and an integrated NPU (Neural Processor Unit) with up to 0.5 TOPS for the implementation of applications where artificial intelligence, machine learning/vision are used.

For graphics-intensive applications, a GPU and multiple graphics interfaces are provided. For real-time needs and security, the CPU is supported by a Cortex M33 controller.

Built-in starter kit STKa93xx
Evaluation kit based on TQMa93xxLA and TQMa93xxCA

The evaluation kit is based on the TQMa93xxLA and TQMa93xxCA mini-modules, which use the i.MX 93 processor with an Arm® Dual Cortex®-A55 from NXP. It includes an integrated graphics controller and hardware acceleration for video encoding and decoding, making it suitable for applications requiring graphical display. The starter kit has several interfaces that allow easy and straightforward implementation of various applications.
