TQMa93xxLA from TQ is a compact and high-performance embedded module based on NXP's i.MX 93 processor with up to two 1.7 GHz ARM® Cortex®-A55 cores. With an integrated Neural Processing Unit (NPU) delivering up to 0.5 TOPS, the module enables advanced AI and machine learning applications right at the edge.
The module is equipped with a variety of interfaces, including 2x Gigabit Ethernet (one with TSN support), 2x USB 2.0, up to 8x UART, 8x I²C and 8x SPI, providing great flexibility for various industrial applications. For graphics-intensive applications, there is support for MIPI DSI and LVDS, as well as an integrated GPU. In addition, the module includes a real-time clock (RTC), security features and support for the Linux and FreeRTOS operating systems.
With its low power consumption (typically 2W) and compact form factor (38 x 38 mm), the TQMa93xxLA is ideal for use in areas such as industrial automation, medical technology, IoT and smart buildings.
