Cincoze launches latest industrial computers and monitor module
The rugged computer brand Cincoze has launched two new products under its Rugged Computing - DIAMOND (DS-1400 series) and Display Computing - CRYSTAL (M1101) product lines. DS-1400 series (DS-1400, DS-1401, DS-1402) have significantly improved performance and features, meeting the demands of large-scale and real-time image processing and computation required for the rapidly emerging Edge AI. The newly introduced M1101 monitor module, with high reliability and optimised performance, adds powerful new energy to Cincoze's range of industrial touchscreens.
DS-1400 Series High Performance and PCIe Expandable Embedded Computer - The Ideal Choice for Edge AI Computing
The main benefit of the newly launched DS-1400 series is its powerful performance and PCIe expansion capabilities. It supports a 12th generation Intel® Alder Lake-S processor with Intel 7 process, offering up to 16 cores (8P + 8E), and delivers 1.35 times the processing power compared to Comet Lake-S processors. The DS-1400 series supports DDR5 memory up to 64GB and 4800MHz, and includes ECC technology, which is essential for the high stability and reliability requirements of industrial automation. Expansion needs are met with a rich selection of built-in I/O, while additional I/O and special functions can be added via Cincoze's exclusive expansion modules. The DS-1400 series offers up to 2x PCI/PCIe expansion slots and can support a maximum 110W expansion card measuring 111 x 237 mm. Expansion cards are held securely with the patented PCIe card mount (Patent number: I773359), ensuring that the cards are firmly seated even in environments with continuous vibration - a significant advantage for applications requiring GPU computing. DS-1400 series inherits Cincoze's robust features, such as wide temperature range (-40-70°C) and wide voltage range, as well as protection against overvoltage, overcurrent and ESD. It also meets the US military standard for shock and vibration resistance MIL-STD-810G as well as the EN 50155 (EN 50121-3-2 only) standard for railway computers and will undergo additional safety certifications in the future.
M1101 Monitor Module Optimises Various Industrial Touch Screens
The M1101 is Cincoze's latest monitor module and features the exclusive patented Convertible Display System (CDS, Patent number: M482908) technology. It combines with various display modules to create different types of touch screens based on application requirements. Options include industrial touchscreens for demanding environments, bright (up to 1,800 nits) sunlight-readable touchscreens for outdoor use, and open frame touchscreens that blend perfectly into machines. All three types of touchscreens combined with the M1101 module have multilingual OSD menus and three signal input interfaces (HDMI, DisplayPort and VGA). The M1101 has passed three highly specified international standards, including industrial EMC protection (EN 61000-6-2/4), shock and vibration protection (EN 60068-2) and the UL/c-UL 62368-1 safety standard, ensuring the strictest controls for stability and safety.
