Need to return a product? We make it easy with a clear RMA process. Contact us and we'll help you with the right form and instructions. In case of transport damage - don't forget to contact the carrier first.
Returns and RMA handling
To ensure the smooth and correct handling of product returns, ACTE Solutions applies a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) process. This applies to product defects and complaints.
Here's how it works:

Before returning a product, please contact our customer service to obtain an RMA form:

Fill in the form with clear information about the product, serial number and description of the fault. Then send it to support@acte.se or to your contact person in our organisation. - Waiting for RMA number
Once we have received and processed your request, we will send you an RMA number. This number should be clearly indicated on the return shipment. - Send the product to us
Unless otherwise agreed, returns should be sent to our warehouse in Kungsbacka. Please note that in the event of transport damage, notification must be made directly to the carrier.
