ASUS The PV100A is a powerful automotive edge box PC with NXP i.MX8M chipset and various I/O connections, such as HDMI, three USB ports, two COM ports and two LAN ports. It has a compact aluminium chassis and can handle multiple connections, intelligent ignition control and wake-up settings. Built for harsh automotive environments, the PV100A has been tested to MIL-STD standards and E-Mark.

ASUS IoT PV100A is an Edge gateway for ambulances that enables remote monitoring and real-time video to provide first aid via cloud-based platform. It can help healthcare professionals to receive instructions from specialised doctors and reduce care times as well as medical disputes.

In the ambulance cabin, real-time video monitoring can help a remote doctor give instructions to the mobile medical staff escorting the patient. Vital sensors can also be linked to transmit real-time data to the hospital's information system, allowing the waiting doctor to perform diagnosis and preparation in advance before the patient arrives.
