The HPSD8000 miniature pressure sensor is a pressure and temperature sensor from HYB is specially developed for ultra-low pressure ranges and space-demanding applications. High performance and accuracy allow this sensor to be used in many applications, including differential pressure measurements. Standard second-order temperature and pressure compensation provides 0.5 % FS total error over the temperature range 0°C to 70°C. Single power supply range (2.7V - 5.5V), custom compensated pressure and temperature ranges, standard digital interfaces such as I2C, SPI, single wire or analogue voltage output give OEM users maximum freedom for various applications with dry air or non-corrosive gases or liquids.

The HPSD8000 series offers easy integration with a small SMD package with connection areas on the short sides, leaving enough space for easy wiring in the end-user application. The SMD package is reflow solderable and quickly stabilises after the soldering process. The pressure ports with flexibility in different options can accept standard pneumatic tubes or can be customised for integration into end-user enclosures with straight pressure ports. Different pressure ranges are available for this group from 1 mbar up to 10 bar.

Adjustable output resolution (up to 15 bits) ADC and DAC included, internal microcontroller.
