Pre-calibrated combustible gas module

ART.NO: CGM6812-B00

CGM6812-B00 from Figaro Engineering is a pre-calibrated combustible gas sensor module using the TGS6812, Figaro's catalytic pellistor gas sensor known for its durability and stability. This module is designed to meet the high reliability and accuracy requirements of gas detection, and is an excellent choice for industrial and commercial applications.

This module provides an analogue output voltage proportional to the hydrogen gas concentration, making it easy to integrate with existing monitoring and control systems. The CGM6812-B00 is provided with conformal coatings that protect against moisture and provide electrical insulation, improving its long-term performance and reliability. In addition, the module can detect any sensor cable breaks, which is an important safety feature to prevent potentially dangerous situations.

The module has a wide operating temperature range from -10° to +60°C, making it suitable for use in a variety of environments, including harsh industrial environments where temperature fluctuations are common. As the TGS6812 sensor can detect methane and LPG (LP gas) as well as hydrogen, this module offers versatility and flexibility for gas sensing in a variety of applications. This makes it especially useful for stationary fuel cells using hydrogen generated from combustible gases, as well as for other monitoring systems that require high accuracy and fast response.
