Rugged touchscreen panel PCs - the ARC-1535 with Intel® Atom® x6211E/x6413E/x6425E processor and the ARC-1538 with 11th generation Intel® Core™ i7/i5/i3 processor - are specifically designed to be waterproof, dustproof, shockproof and scratch resistant. These devices are built to withstand high humidity, extreme temperatures and vibration, making them ideal for operation in harsh environments and ensuring machines continue to function without interruption.

ARC series from Avalue is suitable for a variety of applications, including industrial automation (e.g. HMI, heavy industrial production, continuous production processes and automation), rehabilitation equipment (e.g. decompression machines, rehabilitation machines and exercise machines) and automated kiosks (e.g. vending machines, ATMs, interactive kiosks and payment machines). The focus of Avalue's ARC series design includes IP-65 water and dust resistance, wide operating temperature range, sunlight visibility, support for 5G and Wi-Fi 6, as well as coating technology for PCAP touchscreens, making them an ideal solution for any application, both indoors and outdoors.

ARC series products are equipped with a new rear panel design to meet higher heat dissipation requirements, strengthening the system's cooling capability. They also retain the service window design for 2.5-inch storage and memory, making it easy for users to maintain and upgrade hardware without having to disassemble the entire system. Up to seven antenna holes, including four for 5G and three for Wi-Fi 6, provide support for future wireless technologies.

With IP-65 rated front panel and IP-41 rated back panel, the ARC series can be used in humid and dusty environments. The wide temperature range (-10 to 50°C) and wide voltage range (12-24V) reduce the problems of voltage instability that can be caused by rapid temperature changes. In addition, the easy-to-install mechanism and panel mounting kit make it easy for customers to install the device in desired applications. The panels can also be optically bonded to improve image quality under bright light and prevent internal reflections, providing excellent user experience.

Support for 5G and Wi-Fi 6 enables stable and delay-free data communication, with up to seven antenna holes for multiple wireless devices. This allows for greater bandwidth and faster data transmission, resulting in more stable information transfer.

The ARC series supports Avalue's Intelligent Expansion Technology (IET) modules for unlimited I/O expansion and customisation, easing the development process and reducing costs.
